v0.31.5

This release adds the :workloads view and a faults filter for workload views. It also adds half-page scroll actions and fixes two input and container bugs.

New features

• Add the :workloads view, with the alias :wk. It shows Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, CronJobs, Jobs, and Pods in one live table, and row actions use the kind of the selected row.
• Add the Ctrl+Z faults filter for Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, ReplicaSets, Jobs, and CronJobs. You can now find broken workloads without a scan of the row colors.
• Add the half_page_up and half_page_down keymap actions. They move half a page and have no default bindings, so you bind them in [keys.navigation] or in a mode table.

Fixes

• Text inputs now ignore unbound Ctrl and Alt chords. Before, a chord such as Ctrl+D typed a plain d into the palette, filters, prompts, and pickers.
• Previous logs (p) and support bundles now use the container from the kubectl.kubernetes.io/default-container annotation. On pods with a sidecar, they now show the app container.
