Grub 0.1.11
Grub 0.1.10
- Every finished job now shows what it came to: how much it cleared, your free space before and after, and what went. Space waiting in the Trash shows as space still to come back. A little card pops up with Grub's thanks.
- Uninstalling an AI app (Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, Antigravity, OpenCode, Cursor) also offers what it keeps in your home folder, where uninstallers don't look. Data a command-line tool you still use needs is kept.
- AI tools has a calmer layout, a Removed apps section for apps you deleted some other way, and clears old editor extension versions.
- The big clean is one review of everything, with safe things ticked for you, a card per kind and a live total of what you've picked.
- Disk: right-click or ⋯ on anything to open it, show it in Finder or move it to the Trash. Hidden folders like .cache are labelled, and Finder can be set to show them. Deleted things drop off the map straight away, and other accounts and Shared are broken down too.
- Lists no longer jump when you tick, search or switch something.
- Uninstall closes the app first, so it doesn't sit waiting for it to quit.
- If a chore can't start, Grub says so instead of waiting on "Warming up…" forever.
Grub 0.1.9
- The sidebar and About show Grub's version only. Mole comes inside Grub, and About still credits it.
- Restart to update now tells you Grub is updating and reopens by itself in a few seconds.
- If an update ever doesn't finish, About says so on the next launch, with a link to download Grub and to the update log.

Grub 0.1.8
Mole now comes inside Grub. There's nothing to install first, and Grub no longer updates Mole through Homebrew on its own. Each Grub release ships one Mole version that Grub has been checked against, so a Mole update can't break Grub. This one ships Mole 1.59.1.
- Setup no longer has an engine step. Homebrew is only needed for the Updates page.
- About shows which Mole is inside. The Mole update button and switches are gone, because Mole now updates when Grub does.
- The source of the bundled Mole is attached below, as GPL-3.0 asks.
If you installed Mole with Homebrew only for Grub, you can remove it with brew uninstall mole. Grub doesn't use it any more.
