Summary

save-script skip guards

Transactions with a null hash (simulated, never broadcast) or no transaction.to (direct CREATE without factory) are now skipped instead of saved as incomplete artifacts.

Incomplete deployment report

Skipped incomplete deployments are listed by name at the end of the command output so you know exactly what was missed:

./ path normalization

save and the default forge create wrapper now strip a leading ./ from the contract path before storing it in the artifact, matching the behaviour of save-script.
