Updated docstring and added a new feature Adjust minPts without redoing aggregation:

clx = CLASSIX(radius=1.0, minPts=1, verbose=0)
clx.fit(X)

for minPts in [2, 5, 10, 20, 40]:
    clx.minPtsChange(minPts)
    print(minPts, len(set(clx.labels_)), clx.clusterSizes_)

This addresses issue #16 Adjust minPts without redoing aggregation
