Unstable release for testing. This version of datatooltk provides support for the DBTEX-3 and DTLTEX-3 formats.

To install, download the installer datatooltk-installer.jar (listed in assets below) and run.

1. Ensure you have the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed
   (https://java.com/getjava).

2. Download and run datatooltk-installer.jar (either double-click on
   the jar file, if supported by your operating system, or run

    java -jar datatooltk-installer.jar

from a terminal). If nothing seems to happen when you double-click
on the installer, it may be that the installer's graphical interface isn't supported,
in which case run the installer as above.

If you want to use the datatooltk plugins you need to ensure
you have Perl installed.
