⚠️ [BREAKING] Changes ⚠️

• All instances of density in the code base have been changed to loading
• All instances of height in the code base have been changed to depth
• import_duet no longer takes array dimensions as arguments. Instead it derives them from the DUET input file and the surface_species.dat output file. import_duet_manual allows the user to specify dimensions if those files are not present.
