v1.0.0 - universal

• Ported to build as a universal binary (Intel or Apple Silicon macs).
• Added a "recent files" option
• Named my version "Petmate - Ultimate Edition", but that's just silliness, as it's mostly the existing Petmate you know and love, just will keep working on Apple Silicon whenever the successor to MacOS Golden Gate comes around. One less app to worry about.
