Cleaner up the roadmap and architecturalreview docs - #122

Merged the two review documents into one. Roadmap should now be the golden source for driving future development. However, at present I haven't completely review all the items in AR doc, so I'll get it around until I do, to ensure I don't drop any feedback. When it has been reviewed, it'll be deleted. Regardless, apart from the rolling codereview.md which will be absorbed as and when, the roadmap will provide the way forward.
