🔔 Launcher Update Notification System

Startup Notification: When a new version is released, an elegant popup toast appears with release details and a download button (gracefully auto-dismisses after 10 seconds without interrupting workflow).
Header Update Button: When an update is available, an unobtrusive [ Update v... ] button lights up in the window title bar for quick one-click download.
Update Settings: Added a dedicated "MacrosApp Updates" section under Settings → Behavior with manual check via GitHub Releases API and an automatic update check toggle.
Status Badge: An informative status badge appears in the settings modal header when an update is available.

🎨 UI Improvements & Fixes

Settings Sidebar Fixed: Resolved the issue where section headers ("DISPLAY", "ACCOUNT", "INSTANCES") in the settings modal sidebar were getting cut off.
Multi-Feed News: Added release card for v1.2.1.
