Fixed

Serialized Android native WebSocket message processing so duplicate or closely queued pairing challenges cannot corrupt the active OPAQUE login state.
Bound each pairing challenge to its initiating client nonce and replaced cryptic state errors with actionable retry guidance.
Rebuilt the shared Windows/tablet audio area as a six-channel console with semantic vertical faders, dB readouts, per-channel mute, output device, and five real volume presets.
Enlarged the five-action power deck; Wake remains visibly unavailable because it is not validated on this PC.
Added safe, allowlisted file targets to the 20-slot Windows Quick Launch editor and native launcher.
Added truthful manual release checks and guided downloads on Windows and Android.
Improved landscape scaling and verified the shared dashboard at 1280×800, 1280×720, 1024×600, and 1920×1080.

Windows 5.0.2 NSIS installer installed and exercised from its packaged runtime.
Owner-only OPAQUE pairing, wrong-code rejection, reconnect, replay rejection, certificate channel binding/MITM rejection, real audio state/writeback, presets, and configuration persistence passed.
