The channel entry is "Task List" with a space, so Package Control installs
to Packages/Task List/. The four ${packages}/TaskList/ base_file paths
resolved only because the local dev symlink happened to be named TaskList;
for every installed user the Settings and Key Bindings items pointed at a
path that does not exist.
