v1.1.0 - Optimisation & Customisation

Added a new config to customize the VIP Broadcast layout yourself.

Added a new alias for the command - .vbc

Fixed potential issues with TPS by refactoring the code - the plugin should run much more smoothly now.

Huge thanks to @banalnybanan on Discord for helping with the refactor.

First Release!

Please let me know if there are any issues! Created this as a request for someone but thought I'd also upload it here.
