More advanced version of Leafton mode, does not travel still but works well for all purposes. (Be in Ante Leafton zone to use).

PageUp: Renamed BankCycleTime to BankDepositTime, needed to change default.

PageDown: Added bank maintainer on timer and wind spammer for increased damage.
PageDown: Added 3 settings to toggle crafting, bank, wind.
PageDown: Added LeaftonRunOnceEnable to allow easier updating of single floors.
