Sentinel v0.1.17

Sentinel v0.1.17 is the first stable distribution on GitHub. It matches the version available from the NoCert APT repository.

Sentinel collects TLS certificates from private networks, Linux hosts and Kubernetes clusters for NoCert. It requires a NoCert account and does not issue or renew certificates.

This version preserves observations when a Kubernetes scan is incomplete, including when access to part of the cluster is denied.

Downloads

• Debian and Ubuntu packages for amd64 and arm64, identical to the packages served by the APT repository.
• Linux binary archives for amd64 and arm64. The executables are byte-identical to those in the APT packages.
• A source archive with vendored dependencies and SPDX software bills of materials.

The attached source archive includes the documentation and build files from this GitHub version. Its executables were rebuilt with Go 1.27.2 and checked against the signed APT distribution.

Verification

Verify checksums.txt.asc with the NoCert signing key, then check the downloaded files against checksums.txt. The signing-key fingerprint is D5EF CB2E 291B 386D 5161 8CB3 E1DF FDD9 DF7B BB21.
