Noctalia caused my shutdown or restart to take a very long time.

Description

Noctalia significantly increases the time required to shut down or reboot.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Noctalia as a service via systemctl --user add-wants niri.service noctalia.service.
2. Run the poweroff or reboot command in a terminal.
3. The monitor does not turn black immediately; instead, it stays on for a long time, and only then turns black and the shutdown/reboot begins.

Expected Behavior

The monitor should turn black immediately, and then the system should shut down or reboot.

• Distro: Arch Linux
• Compositor: niri
• Noctalia-shell Version: v4.0-git 4ef064a

Hey @wxmup , for now can you please start noctalia-shell via your compositor so it doesn't happen anymore?
Afterwards it would be nice if you could give us a list of all systemd services that are running (so far nobody else reported that issue, one would assume we would've heard about it already if it was due to noctalia-shell).
Also another thing you might want to test (with noctalia-shell as a systemd service) is just starting your computer and shutting down afterwards, don't launch anything through noctalia-shell itself just see if that "solves" the problem.

It's very likely that the issue is caused by a running service unrelated to Noctalia, such as:

• NetworkManager
• bluetooth
• docker / podman
• libvirt
• cups
• xdg-desktop-portal (and related backends)
• pipewire / wireplumber
• GPU drivers or user-level services

This is a common cause of delayed shutdowns on Linux systems.

yes, it was resloved when I update new noctalia-shell.
