[BUG] V5 - No blur on OSD when trasparecy is enabled

Bug description

I have changed the opacity value to be 0.50 everywhere (notifications, bar, lockscreen, overview, osd) but only OSD is the one which lacks the blur effect.

I am on Niri 26.04 & NixOS Unstable.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the opacity of OSD to 0.50
2. Enable the blur option.

Expected behavior

OSD should be blurred like rest of the modules.

Actual behavior

OSD remains as a trasparent object.

Hey @sabisho this got fixed with this commit a7bec2a.

I tested it, blur works but the behavior is not same as other components.
Atleast on Niri, is using x-ray blur which shows wallpaper behind not the content behind while other components show the actual content(windows,etc) behind.
