Human Influence Telemetry v0.6.6 — Development and reproducibility controls
Human Influence Telemetry v0.6.6
This nonbreaking development and reproducibility release publishes the supplementary research workbench and stronger release controls developed after v0.6.5. It preserves the normative contract at 0.4.0, conformance engine at 0.5.0, bounded human result at 0.6.0, and research maturity at Level 2.
Included
- Exploratory documentary applications, preserved model requests and responses, targeted method comparisons, and scoped author decisions.
- A complete Ofqual draft with source lineage, counterevidence, a matched analytical comparison, and four qualitative source/actor reanalyses. Scientific interpretations remain pending author adjudication.
- Separate stable-contract and replication-study controls; a public implementation rehearsal and unperformed audit template.
- An evaluation-methods register distinguishing software verification, methodological review, exploratory analysis, and pending independent evaluation.
- 27 readiness tests, eight draft-record boundary tests, and 14 exact-version metadata tests. These test specified software and declaration boundaries, not source truth or HIT's practical effectiveness.
Verification
The current workflow passed on the exact release commit. Release assets identify that commit, the hosted CI run, local command outcomes, and the SHA-256 of the attached source archive. The v0.6.5 claim-evidence audit remains PASS_WITH_EXCEPTIONS within its original scope, with 8/8 negative controls detected.
The obsolete pre-0.4 release-readiness guard remains outside current CI and still fails against current release wording. Its limitation is disclosed in the repository. Audit-ready and v1 release-ready modes intentionally reject their incomplete candidates.
Research and archive boundaries
All eight stable-release gates remain unresolved. No independent implementation result, current-contract replication, construct-validity result, measured user benefit, certification, or maturity promotion is claimed. Publishing pending development work does not accept its findings. Historical records and the v0.6.5 audit and DOI remain version-bound. The unrelated v0.7.0 draft is not published by this release.
The exact v0.6.6 Zenodo DOI is 10.5281/zenodo.23226713. Its public record identifies software version 0.6.6 under the existing concept 10.5281/zenodo.21446141. All 294 archived file contents match release commit 6745873a990554cf40303e217865895122494696; the publication receipt records checksums and the comparison method. The tagged metadata was prepared before DOI assignment; the follow-up records that assignment without moving the tag. Do not cite the v0.6.5 DOI for these additions.
See the release's docs/releases/v0.6.6.md, release/v0.6.6/acceptance.md, and research/strengthening/evaluation-methods.md for scope, procedures, and remaining obligations.
