Expired Discord invite links on Get Involved page

The Discord invite link(s) on the Get Involved page are expired.

This prevents new contributors from joining the Node.js Discord community.

I previously opened a PR (#8256 ) adding placeholders for all expired Discord links.

Once the correct invite is known, I’m happy to update the page with it and submit a new PR to fix this.

This issue can track updating the page with the active invite link.

Vanity URLs are granted by "boosts" in Discord servers, which are contributed by members of the server on a monthly basis (they have to pay). If we don't have enough boosts, we lose the vanity URL. I believe folks in the server are working w/ the foundation to make sure we always have enough boosts.
