review working group member/collaboratorship

the member and collaborator list (https://github.com/nodejs/nodejs.org#governance-and-current-members) is quite outdated. does the working group really consist of only five members? maybe we should look over these lists and make some changes

Members list is fine (members/collaborators work a bit differently in this repo), and I have a script to determine new collaborators. I'll check it next week, I'm on vacation right now.

Regarding the WG members: @therebelrobot hasn't been around since June 2015, so we should ask him if he's still interested. Otherwise I'd suggest @lpinca, as he did a tremendous amount of work as regular collaborator.

@fhemberger I'd love to be able to keep working with the group, though I've been out of the loop so long I'm not sure even where to jump back in... Any direction along those lines would be helpful. Is the WG still doing weekly hangout calls, or was that done away with?

That being said, if the WG is being restricted to current active contributors, I definitely understand being bumped off to leave room for those more engaged.

No, we dropped the Hangouts with the launch of the current website, everything is managed through GitHub issues. So that's the best place to see what ideas are currently floating around.

The whole contributor/collaborator/WG member is a bit confusing around here, the rough idea is that the WG is more of a oversight/planning "committee", so staying in the loop at least would be helpful. Also, it's not about "bumping" anyone, just asking if you still have the time and interest to be around the WG.

@fhemberger Good to know! I would be interested in still helping with this, though I may need a bit of ramping up time to get back on top of what's going on. Maybe I could start setting up a WG onboarding wiki as I do to document it for anyone else thay may want to?

Hmmm.. it doesn't seem like we have a wiki enabled on this repo... Should we get that enabled, or should it be in a different location? (off topic, sorry, I can move this to a new issue if wanted)

@therebelrobot personally not used to wikis, what about creating a .md file with collab guides such as the core repo has: https://github.com/nodejs/node/blob/master/COLLABORATOR_GUIDE.md

Edit: such a document would be a lot simpler for this repo of course, where there's much simpler process

I'm fine as a regular collaborator for now. The less responsibilities the better 😄.
Thank you for taking me into consideration though, really appreciated, and "tremendous" is not the right adjective, "fair" is the correct one.

In all fairness, with all I've got on my plate right now, I should probably step back from the WG for the time being. You guys seem to have a handle on things right now.

Once I have more time I may chip back in as a normal contributor, but feel free to remove me from the WG list.
