• fix ccrecall backfill tool-content aborting the entire run on a transient database-lock error instead of retrying and skipping the stuck session; batch embedding inference for speed; make the backfill progress ETA reflect actual work remaining instead of branch count; and add a session-start alert when older sessions still need a tool-content backfill (#85)
