Fixes wrong result links.
Some organic results came back with a link that was not the result's page - an SVG namespace URL (www.w3.org) or a thumbnail image - and two results sharing such a link were merged, so one of them went missing. Links are now read from the page only for video results; every other result is resolved through its redirect.
