Fixed

  • Mount the installed nold-ai/specfact-requirements runtime as the root
    specfact requirements ... command group and show the correct marketplace
    recovery guidance when the requirements bundle is missing.
  • Allow specfact init --install requirements and include
    specfact-requirements in specfact init --install all.
  • Document nold-ai/specfact-requirements across the core marketplace,
    command mapping, init, installation, README, and active OpenSpec bundle-count
    references.
