Fix: Network error on form submission - signature now compressed as JPEG (50% quality) reducing payload from ~300KB to ~20KB
Fix: AJAX timeout increased to 2 minutes for slow hosting
Fix: Better error messages (timeout, payload too large, server error)

Fix: Server-side accepts both PNG and JPEG signature formats
