Coordinated fix release

  • Keeps the Python Kit version aligned with the TypeScript Kit and bundled MCP server at 0.12.10.
  • Refreshes embedded starter-template package locks and MCP registry metadata for the coordinated release.
  • Includes no tenant-isolation, authentication, authorization, or Python runtime behavior changes relative to the verified 0.12.9 package.

Verification

The coordinated Kit release gates passed, including Python tests, wheel and source-distribution builds, clean-install smoke checks, and native extension validation.
