v0.6.0

Breaking SDK signing update for rail-bound intent creation.

  • Paybond.build_signed_create_intent_body(...) now requires settlement_rail.
  • The native signing extension now binds the requested settlement rail with signing version 4.
  • The SDK still only requests the rail. Stripe Connect destinations and x402 receive addresses remain tenant-owned Paybond server configuration and are never supplied by SDK callers.

Upgrade note: callers creating principal-signed intents must pass settlement_rail and run against Harbor support for signing version 4.
