Release @paybond/kit 0.11.10 — clearer CLI gateway errors and dev trace polish.

Highlights

CLI gateway errors — Surface Harbor rejection messages (for example sandbox guardrail Harbor evidence rejected) instead of generic Cloudflare "Bad gateway" text. All gateway operations now get actionable edge-proxy fallback messages when upstream JSON is masked.
Dev trace credentials — paybond dev trace detects sandbox credentials from PAYBOND_ENV_FILE / .env.local, not only process env.
Dev trace shutdown — Python dev trace exits cleanly on Ctrl+C without a stack trace.
Starter templates — Bundled templates require @paybond/kit ^0.11.10.
