Patch release after v0.7.0.

  • Bumps @paybond/kit package metadata to 0.7.1.
  • Keeps the SDK README API-key-only and moves direct PAYBOND_CAPABILITY verification out of the package quickstart.
  • Includes the hosted Gateway session defaults and Stripe Connect / x402 settlement description from v0.7.0.
