To update, run the same commands again: the URLs always point at
the most recent build, and each build is versioned above the last
(1.8.0+nightly.r722.g082465f-1 tonight).
Going back to a release is a downgrade: apt install --allow-downgrades,
dnf downgrade, or makepkg -si from the release PKGBUILD on Arch.
