  • Stage Recall index deletion under an IMMEDIATE SQLite transaction before touching native session data, eliminating the normal SQLite-lock/constraint failure window after native deletion.
  • Re-resolve stale Pi indexed paths by a unique validated source-id match inside Pi's configured session roots.
  • Report missing Pi native data separately from unsupported-source deletion and fail closed when multiple native files match the same source id.
  • Add regression coverage proving Recall DB staging failures leave native data untouched and Pi relocation does not guess ambiguous files.
