  • Add ZCode SQLite-native session deletion: Trash mode first creates and verifies a full database snapshot, then removes only the selected session using an IMMEDIATE foreign-key-aware transaction; permanent mode skips the snapshot.
  • Preserve fail-closed behavior for unreadable stores, unexpected paths, duplicate native matches, ambiguous registry state, and database errors.
