Fork release based on upstream 2026.07.18.

  • Add Floppy v26.8.27 scrobble/progress integration.
  • Add standalone Tkinter configuration GUI and persisted request/player overrides.
  • Fix PotPlayer 240618/current compatibility, stream.mkv title mapping, controlled instances, IPC progress/stop handling, and elevation-wrapper fallback.
  • Keep built-in updater on nonlog fork releases.

Validated on Windows-log with PotPlayer 240618 and 251126 using local MKV and HTTP stream.mkv; GitHub CI is green.
