9th commit: V1

- Modified Cmake, cppcheck;
- Release v1.0

Classes left to write:
Scale (hopefully last)

Functions:
- Give player a deck
- Build cards
- Draw card from pile
- Draw the board on screen using SFML
- Draw a card inside any slot using SFML
- Draw both decks of the players
- Play cards from deck to board (select and unselect with animation)

Warning:
- Deleting cards from board and drawing cards from piles is not tested yet
- Can only play the cards of the first player since player turns are not implemented yet
