Bugfix update 0.9.1

  • update buildroot to 2024.08
  • Raspi4 now uses Linux 5.4, this should fix missing USB(PCI) on some board revisions
  • Raspi3 image supports Raspberry Pi 2B Rev 1.2 now
  • update PieJam to v0.9.1
