v2.4.0 — modular analyzer refactor + behavioral test suite

Decomposes the monolithic main.go::analyzeFile into three focused
internal packages (hash, peanalysis, report) behind a thin
orchestrator, with a golden-output behavioral oracle and a
table-driven test suite (previously zero *_test.go files).

Highlights:
- internal/hash, internal/peanalysis, internal/report leaf packages
- analyzeFile thinned to ~19 lines, cyclomatic complexity 4
- main.go 353 -> ~71 lines; run(args, stdout, stderr) test seam
- Table-driven tests vs captured pre-refactor goldens:
  hash 100%, peanalysis 92.3%, report 76.9% coverage
- Dagger Test() now runs go test -race with a 75% coverage gate
- CLI output byte-identical on every deterministic field

Spec analyzer-refactor-and-tests Tasks 1.1-9 complete. Task 10
(Sentrux modularity-metric / cross-spec baseline governance) is
documented as blocked pending a human + build-and-security-
modernization owner decision; it is a validation/governance item,
not a code regression — the tree is green and behavior-preserving.
