Updates the template so new projects automatically reference the central norikit/norikit assets directory instead of maintaining local assets/. The README picture block now uses raw.githubusercontent.com URLs with the {{PROJECT}} placeholder baked in, and TEMPLATE.md's step 2 directs contributors to upload to the central store.
