PixShaft-Win v0.0.4 (pre-release)

• Maximize fills the monitor work area and no longer covers the taskbar with a white strip.
• Maximize and fullscreen are separate; the title bar auto-hides in fullscreen.
• Collapsed sidebar restore control is inset and clickable.
• PixShaftWebAuth.exe is no longer inside the portable zip / MSI. Download it from this release (or from the login / settings UI) into the data bin folder.
• Download queue survives restart, shows a thumbnail, and opens the artwork.
• Add / switch accounts.
• Chat send and reply (HMAC key still required to post).
• About page can check GitHub for updates.
• zh / en / ja strings filled in for the new UI.
• Closing the app no longer launches hidden PowerShell.
