Fixed error where non-ascii characters in the file name broke the mime-type identification for the file.

The .exe is a single file executable compiled with Pyinstaller which Windows Defender does not like.

The Folder.zip option is the same code compiled with Pyinstaller, but because it is not compressed into a single file it won't require whitelisting on Windows Defender. Simply open the folder and run the .exe file inside to use the tool.
