Sample usage:
KeyProgrammerParser.exe extraction_folder report_folder

Open a command prompt where the executable is located. Type 'KeyProgrammerParser.exe', place a space, drag and drop your full file system folder into the command prompt window, place a space, drag and drop your folder that will hold the report into the command prompt window.

Hit enter.

If you are new to command line tools, you may need to put quotes ("") around the file paths for your extraction folder and your report folder if there are spaces anywhere in the file path.
