* refactor: restructure project and update configuration

- Update .gitignore and add new VSCode and pre-commit configuration files.
- Revise examples by updating example_app, example_asgi_app, and example_starter.
- Upgrade Poetry lock file and pyproject.toml with updated dependencies and metadata.
- Reorganize the package structure in temporal_boost:
  - Introduce new modules: _loops, temporal/client.py, temporal/config.py, temporal/runtime.py, and temporal/worker.py.
  - Refactor workers by adding dedicated modules for ASGI workers (asgi_registry, base, granian_worker, hypercorn_worker, uvicorn_worker) and the Temporal worker.
- Remove deprecated/internal modules (e.g., connect.py, core.py, logger.py, schemas.py, and obsolete internal doc generator files).
- Clean up test fixtures and sample objects.
