v1.0.0
b131335

First public release. Download pixel-lite-1.0.0.zip below and upload it in WordPress under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

  • Compresses JPEG and WebP uploads (and PNG if turned on): orientation applied, resized to 1440 px on the longest side by default, quality 82, GPS and camera data removed.
  • JPEG or WebP output; WordPress' smaller sizes follow the same format and quality.
  • Lossless metadata removal when compressing would not make the file smaller.
  • Settings, How it works and Pixel-Pro (coming soon) screens; savings shown per image and per site.

Made by North Texas Web Design (Richard Taveira).
