The Music Disc is similar to an Empty Disc but with one slight difference, it stores data about music notes, tracks, pitches and instruments.
The item does not have a crafting recipe as it's created when music data is saved to a Empty Disc.
It's possible to come across structures and features in the game that contains music discs with song data stored on them.

Music Discs can be created from CCTVCraft Simple Monitor Music App, or by using the Creative Music Maker block.
When a page is saved the disc will change from an Empty Disc to a Music Disc and store all the page data as item NBT Data.
It is currently not possible to convert the disc back to a empty disc.
