Quick bugfix; long overdue.

Release tracks moonarchive v0.3.6 (unchanged).

Fixed

  • Feed monitoring now correctly schedules streams for download if they are in either the waiting room or live states. The previous 'upcoming' stream logic was regrettably broken, only scheduling streams that were upcoming (ignoring ones that were already live). (Update: Turns out I'm mistaken; both expressions are identical. But since the happy path of "this will be downloaded" is where the inner expression is true, it should be easier to reason this way in the event that more conditions are added.)
