Rename for Obsidian community store compliance: plugin id is now save-to-vault and the display name is Save2Vault (store manifest rules do not allow digits in the id or the word Obsidian in the name). Settings screen now follows the plugin guidelines (no top-level title, native section headings). No functional changes.
