refines the sidebar experience by improving empty workspace handling, simplifying note creation flows, and cleaning up unnecessary user info display.

what changed:

• added a dedicated “create workspace” button when no workspaces exist
• simplified conditional rendering for workspace selection logic
• removed empty-state workspace creation buttons from dropdowns and lists
• cleaned up dropdown menu structure by removing redundant labels and conditions
• streamlined note creation flow to always use existing workspace entries
• adjusted dropdown trigger spacing for cleaner alignment
• simplified user account section layout
• removed email display from the user account area

the previous sidebar flow had duplicated empty-state actions and extra conditional logic that made the UI feel cluttered and harder to maintain. the account section also displayed unnecessary information in a compact area.
