50 Dark Themes plugin v1.0.1

Version 1.0.1 strengthens contrast guarantees and makes the repository's quality checks more explicit while preserving the existing plugin name, marketplace, install command, and 50-theme collection.

What changed

• Raised foreground accents in Cobalt Hour, Mulberry, Nightshade, Off Air, Oxide, and Signal Red to the 4.5:1 foreground floor while preserving their palette identities.
• Raised Sonar's permission and plan-mode borders to the 3:1 functional non-text floor.
• Added a dependency-free, role-aware contrast verifier for primary text, accents, readable secondary text, functional borders, and relevant theme surfaces.
• Enforced 4.5:1 contrast for readable secondary text. All 50 current themes pass without further palette changes.
• Kept root themes, installable plugin themes, and gallery palette values synchronized.
• Added manifest/storefront version parity and storefront accessibility and contrast safeguards.

There are no breaking installation changes in this release.
