DF Smooth Movement v0.2.0

Adds Windows x86-64 support while preserving the Linux build. Compatibility: Dwarf Fortress 53.15, DFHack 53.15-r2, SDL 2D renderer. Both platforms compile successfully, the animation-manager test passes, and the Windows build has been manually validated in-game.

Extract the archive into the DFHack installation directory, then run:

load smooth-movement
enable smooth-movement

Do not install this binary on another DFHack or Dwarf Fortress version; rebuild it from source instead.
