The Question Game Remastered v2.04

v2.04 — crash fix + restored classic visuals

Fixes:

• Crash on the first question: navigation keys (TAB / arrow keys / ENTER) triggered a TypeError ('int' object is not subscriptable) after answering. Root cause was a variable name collision in the input handler.
• Answer options were too dim compared to the classic edition — restored bright white options with the classic green (red on final session) pulsing selection.
• Question text no longer sways while it is being typed — sway now runs during typing exactly like the classic edition.
• Question text turns red for 'afraid' questions and on the final session, matching classic behavior.

v2.03 — hotfix for launch crash

Fixes: ValueError: invalid color argument on the title screen (pulse color could exceed 255). Now clamps color components to 255.

v2.02-remastered — The Ambient Animation Pass

WHAT'S NEW IN 2.02

The room is alive now. Pure visual dressing; nothing in the fiction changed — only how it looks.

• BREATHING VIGNETTE — the darkness around the play area slowly deepens, then lets go. Stronger in the final session.
• DRIFTING ASH — slow, weightless specks (a few red) drift across the screen.
• ROLLING SCAN BAND — a pale band endlessly sweeps down the display (when VHS effects are on).
• TITLE BLOOM — a red halo breathes behind THE QUESTION GAME.
• TYPEWRITER CARET — a blinking block follows the questions as they type themselves out.
• BREATHING QUESTION TEXT — once a question finishes typing it gently sways (honors the Text Sway setting).
• PULSING SELECTIONS — the highlighted answer and menu option now throb.

Still alpha. Still expected to crash. It knows you came back.

v2.02-classic — The Ambient Animation Pass

Classic edition updated to v2.02 with the same ambient animation pass as the Remastered edition: breathing vignette, drifting ash, rolling scan band, pulsing title bloom, blinking typewriter caret, and sin/cos sway on text and pulsing selections. Same gameplay and save format as v1.0.0.
