Needs You 0.2.0 brings questions, failed runs, finished threads, and extension activity into one calm inbox.
- Optional first-run setup and an in-plugin Settings page for notifications, quiet hours, Telegram, and updates.
- One dismissible popup per thread or activity, quiet while that work is open. Finished work stays until dismissed.
- Guided Review completion/failure alerts open the review directly. Other extensions can use the documented durable activity API.
- Fixed the older notification API bypassing quiet hours, Telegram alert preferences, and the extension activity preference.
- Clearer onboarding and counts for both threads and extension work. Setup guidance now points to the guided Telegram flow.
Requires BB 0.41+ and Node 24+ on the BB host. The inbox needs no account, credentials, or other plugin. Telegram is optional and uses your own dedicated bot/private chat. Phone replies and remote approvals are unavailable; respond inside BB.

Normal updates preserve preferences and the Telegram connection. New installations keep completion alerts off until enabled in Settings. The inbox works on compact screens; bottom popups currently require BB’s desktop sidebar accessory, and native notifications require macOS on the server host.
Validation: 51 tests, type checking, BB build, and an actual fresh BB browser workflow covering onboarding, settings persistence, invalid-token recovery, durable demo activity, duplicate suppression, popup closing, dismissal, reload, and 320/390/768/1440px layouts. Telegram delivery tests use mocks; no real messages were sent during release validation.
