Same gap as the hooks command (see companion issue): MCP servers are already tracked ('mcp' kind, src/analyze/attribute.ts:67) but have no dedicated CLI view.
Add skillscope mcp → componentView(loaded, 'mcp', view). Update COMMANDS and help text in src/cli.ts. One test over the fixture history.
