Onboarding polish. The Spotify consent prompt is now gated to the assistant's Connect Spotify step — permission is resolved with a no-ask query before any playback read, so the macOS Automation prompt can't fire standalone over the splash on first launch. It re-asks on the next poll (not one-shot), so a dismissed prompt or post-login TCC reset no longer strands the app.

Also: refreshed the onboarding preview lyrics and tidied copy on the Spotify step.

Upgrade: brew upgrade --cask cantio. Universal (arm64 + x86_64), macOS 14+, unsigned (--no-quarantine).
